Don’t forget the Gathering this coming Saturday, October 20, at the North Liberty Pizza Ranch (get together about 6:30, eat at 7:00).
Dan Bunn has acquired a footlocker full of some very old scuba gear he’d like to bring along and share with us. We’re hoping Mike will know what it all is and how it’s used (heck, if it’s old enough Mike probably dove with it)!
Bill Utterback will also be there with details of his Fiji trip next summer. He and Kim are planning to celebrate Kim’s birthday with a special island vacation from June 12 -28 and invite others to join them. You would be spending at week at the Garden Island Resort on Taveuni and a week at the Matana Resort on Kadavu. The trip cost is $4,337 per person plus round trip airfare to Los Angeles and includes accommodations, diving and all meals on Fiji.
