HAWKEYE SCUBA CLUB MARCH 2010 Last Months Meeting: The Club wishes to express its thanks to Ken Kramer for the use of his facilities at " Seatasea Watersports" for the February meeting. We were treated with refreshments, a great meeting room, and equipment for our program presentation. We also were able to bring several new members into the Club and hope this proves to be a rewarding year of diving experiences for them. New Members: We are pleased to welcome Michael and Shalla Fishworth, Kevin Hupp, Jeff Meier, Julie Kann, and Brian McKown into the Hawkeye Scuba Club. March Meeting: This months meeting (7:00 pm- 3/11/10) will be held at the "Dublin City Pub" at 415 1st Street SE, Cedar Rapids. That is downtown by the river. We will be meeting in the room at the back with the pool table. "Steph" will be working there that night and knows we are coming. The program (assuming Thompson & Sale get everything set up correctly) will feature diving the Monterey Peninsula in California, and underwater modeling for those diving in front of a camera.
